Flex, a Fortune global 500 company, is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Senior Process Engineer located in Guadalajara North Campus.Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.What a typical day looks like:- PCBA and Mechanical assembly process control and improvement;- New product introduction and ramp up, and material issue handling;- Customer and internal communication;- Evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability;- Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters;- Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements;- Evaluate and select various engineered materials;- Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products;- Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities;- Develop manufacturing documents and review processing methods;- Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer;- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- 5+ years of experience in electronic industry Process engineering.- Bachelor or above degree.- Experience in PCBA and mechanical assembly.- PCBA critical repair Knowledge.- Implementation of manufacturing controls.- SMT and BOX experience.- Root cause analysis and troubleshooting experience.- Advanced English (speaking and writing)- good at report editing capability.- Have good communication skill with OEM customer.- Can use statistic method to analysis.- Proficient in Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing, Metallic materials engineering.- Precision instrument assembly experience.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.GM101Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
