Factory Automation Engineer

Main Responsibilities- Oversee electrical installations in alignment with project requirements. Configure and manage network installations to support automation systems.- Implement strategies defined by the Solution Architect for production line optimization and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute technical resolutions and enhancements for manufacturing processes.- Configure and manage automation systems, ensuring they align with established best practices and industry standards.- Instrument machines according to defined best practices, optimizing data collection for analysis and reporting.- Utilize AutoCAD for the design and documentation of implemented solutions, maintaining accuracy and compliance.- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure effective integration and communication across manufacturing systems.- Conduct regular system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring proper utilization of implemented solutions.- Document all implemented solutions, configurations, and changes for future reference and continuous improvement.**Requirements**:- Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.- Proficiency in AutoCAD for design and documentation purposes.- Proficiency in electrical installations, and network configurations.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.- Proven experience in implementing manufacturing solutions and automation systems.- Knowledge of communication protocols, particularly Siemens protocols.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.- Flexibility and availability for travel to client sites as needed for project implementation and support.- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in system configurations and documentationAdditional Information- Location: Monterrey or Mexico City- Travel: Occasional travel for strategic planning sessions or client escalations.- Start Date: Immediate availability preferred.Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
