Work you’ll do/Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. As an IBM TRIRIGA Senior Consultant you will be responsible for: Doing analysis on business scenarios based on client requirements. Designing and presenting solutions to stakeholders. Developing solutions using TRIRIRGA Platform tools. Including Mobile (UX Apps) and Tririga Traditional solutions. Suggesting integration of architecture models based on business needs and other systems integration capabilities. Testing and implementing approved solutions. Performing data analysis and executing data fixes and/or suggest application performance improvements. Transfer tested solutions form non-production to production environments. Coordinate Application Upgrades by merging out-of-the-box improvements and customized functionalities. Perform risk analysis on Platform upgrades. Co-ordinate with business analysts and functional teams while raising requirements from customers. Train and Manage Junior Consultants. Defining the current issues, requirements, and deliverables in TRIRIGA application. Proactive identification, escalation, and resolution of issues. Ensure adoption of best practices during Project Management. Qualifications Required 4 – 6 years of consulting and/or industry experience. Completion of coursework ( Egresado ) in any pertinent field or industry. Design solutions and provide Desing specifications oriented to TRIRIGA. Data models implementations: Business objects, associations (BO relationships), and object state (state families). Develop Business Object Forms and UX App forms. Implement web site navigation solution using TRIRIGA Navigation and Portals. Preferred Apply Technical knowledge and experience in BIRT reporting. Connect business process with TRIRIGA Application Solutions. Identify areas of opportunity to implement customizations on top of TRIRIGA Application. Massive data upload using Data Integrator and/or Integration Object for initial data upload and ongoing data uploads. Identify interaction form TRIRIGA to other systems, define data flow, suggest messaging models and integration architecture. Identify integration failure impacts, design failure mode responses, and implement error tracking, apply logging tools, and implement error handling techniques. Support and Interact with TRIRIGA users using ServiceNow or similar ITIL solution. Experience working in a 24x7 rapid response environment. Responsible for documenting modifications of existing and new developments for peer reference and knowledge transfer. Develop prototypes and presents to stakeholders as solution options for purposes of introducing new technologies, and development techniques in environment. Providing end-to-end support for solutions running on TRIRIGA.
