**About Illufy**Illufy is a Mexican EdTech startup in its pre-seed stage, creating a new way for people to learn in the AI era. We believe learning should feel like an adventure, and we’re building the platform that makes that possible. Illufy will launch in January 2026.**Role Overview (Contractor / Honorarios)**We are seeking a Content & Social Media Specialist on a project-based contractor engagement to produce educational content, manage our social media presence, and support community interactions. This is a KPI-driven role with defined deliverables and measurable outcomes. There is potential for this engagement to evolve into an internal role depending on performance and cultural alignment.**Responsibilities****EdTech Content Creation**- Produce educational content.- Meet quality benchmarks, production quotas, and KPI expectations.- Optimize content based on performance insights and audience behavior.**Social Media & Community**- Plan, create, and publish content across Illufy’s social channels.- Interact with the community (primarily in Spanish) through comments and messages.- Support growth and engagement goals tied to social KPIs.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree required. Relevant fields may include Digital Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, English, or similar.- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in content creation, digital media, or social media management.- Strong creative and technical skills; more than a specific major, we value your demonstrated work and execution.- Advanced English proficiency and full professional proficiency in Spanish.- Experience producing digital content (video, animations, graphics).- Experience managing social media presence and community interactions.- High level of responsibility, initiative, and adaptability.**Nice to Have**- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics.- Experience setting up and monitoring digital ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar).**Collaboration Framework**- Project-based contractor engagement with clear KPIs and measurable results.- Periodic reviews to ensure alignment with goals.- Some in-person meetings during the week in the Polanco area, Mexico City.**How to Apply**Please send your CV and any supporting material (portfolio encouraged) to:- Illufy is the commercial name; Enlightenment Tech is the legal name._**Job Type**: ContractPay: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 11000, Colonia Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX
