Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the strategic vision for the RTR GBS center, aligning with overall goals of the organization and the Global Process Owner. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement financial processes that support business objectives. Account for daily operations of RTR GBS, ensuring efficient and effective delivery. Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance team (10–35 direct and indirect reports), fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Monitor health and operational metrics tied to global end‑to‑end processes. Set operational/performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure delivery against them. Ensure standardized and designed E2E processes are followed and regularly improved. Continuously seek improvements to processes and increase efficiency within the center, potentially through new technologies, workflow optimization, or training programs. Promote a culture of improvement, transparency and collaboration among site leads and business liaisons across geographies. Ensure appropriate controls are in place for the process. Collaborate with functional leadership on strategic initiatives/alignment, investment needs, etc. Review operational data and performance with regional CFOs. Work with country business leaders to review any process deviations and identify opportunities for alignment. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field. Minimum of 7 years of general accounting or finance management experience. Strong understanding of general accounting processes, internal controls, reporting & consolidation, and relevant technologies (e.g., Oracle). Experience leading or working in a GBS or SSC center. Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices in a global environment. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively across teams, stakeholders, and regions. Passion for sustainability and a commitment to aligning processes with organizational sustainability goals. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams and driving performance. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a relevant field. CPA designation (or local equivalent). Technical Skills & Knowledge Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Oracle and financial systems (HFM). Awareness of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Skilled in gathering, understanding, and implementing processes. Ability to analyze performance metrics and data to support decision‑making and strategic planning. Hybrid Work Arrangement Hybrid eligible with a requirement to be in office at least three days a week. The team will determine in‑office days based on business needs to promote meaningful collaboration. Languages Mexico: Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) required.
