We are looking for a strong **SR Business System Analyst** with the next qualifications:**Must Haves**:- **6+ Years of experience**:- Knowledge of **enterprise schedulers or bash jobs**:- some sort of fluency around that- Using some sort of **ticketing system**, servicenow, remedy, jira, etc.- Problem Solving skills- take a problem and logically break it down- critical thinking skills- they don’t have recipe books for what to do- it’s gonna have to be synthesize that from the data.- Experience working with a technical team debugging issues.- Able to work with the business and do requirements but also be able to work with developers and work through what they need.- **Enterprise level experience.**:- Be someone that can read a room, be seen as a collaborator, get along with different personality types, etc.- Somebody that can take on a project or effort _on their own_ -- put a list of tasks together, follow up with other contributors (even vendor partners), etc.- Prior experience in a hybrid role of **Scrum Master/Product Owner **handling **Agile teams** by following **Scrum or SaFe** guidelines.- Experience in training/Coaching teams for following right Agile practices and techniques using Scrum- **Advanced English Level**:- Strong Communication skills in order to ferret out any incongruities or inaccuracies in requirements given to the team- **Banking/lending** industry exp- Must be comfortable enough w/SQL to do the following:- Troubleshoot a problem by picking through data in tables to see, for example, why a particular record might not have been picked up by a given process.- Derive a set of business rules by reading through a stored procedure that implements those rules.- In order to be absolutely sure about the functional requirement they are writing, they will need to be absolutely sure about the business rules which will likely involve reverse engineering that from code.**Summary of Responsibilities**:**Want to change the world?** Let us know.- Tell us about your experiences, education, and ambitions.
