**STEAM CONNECT** is a leading solar energy company in the U.S. We are currently in a phase of rapid expansion and are seeking highly skilled professionals who want to be part of our team and this project.Steam Connect is looking for a skilled and dedicated Solar Photovoltaic Installer to join our renewable energy team. The Solar Photovoltaic Installer will play a vital role in installing and maintaining solar energy systems, ensuring efficient installations that meet high-quality standards. This position requires technical experience, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.**Important**:- This position requires permanent relocation abroad.- You must have the ability to obtain a TN Visa.- Job assignments will be based on demand and your skills, so flexibility to relocate anywhere in the U.S. is required.- Meeting these criteria is essential to successfully join our international team.**Responsibilities**:- Install solar panels on residential roofs, commercial buildings, and ground-mounted structures.- Perform basic electrical connections following technical specifications and safety protocols.- Assess installation sites to determine feasibility and reinforcement or repair needs.- Safely handle specialized equipment and tools (multimeters, drills, etc.) during installation.- Comply with safety standards and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).- Document installation activities through reports and photographs.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in solar panel installation or technical assembly work.- Knowledge of electricity and wiring.- Experience with conduit piping and electrical panel assembly.- Knowledge of batteries (preferred).- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.**Conditions**:- Full-time, permanent employment.- Excellent work environment in the renewable energy sector.- Opportunity for growth and career development within Steam Connect.- Transportation support provided.Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- ¿Cuentas con cédula profesional y pasaporte vigente?Work Location: In person
