To ensure, through governance, that there is strong collaboration between the different functional areas involved in the project(s) ensuring effective planning and execution of project activities.What a typical day looks like:- Manage customer relationship on a Global basis and will act as the key escalation point globally for all product programs, projects and operational performance issues.- Facilitate collaborative communication between all functional areas within a location / business group/vertically integrated organization.- Facilitate external two way communication between Customer and Flex Sites.- Manage the process to ensure Customers expectations are clearly defined, understood and communicated across the appropriate Flex Organizations- Work with Design and Operations globally to ensure the appropriate Project Managers and project resources are assigned to all customer projects- Accountable for the performance of the FPLC project team(s) and Project manager(s) and ensure all project managers, program managers and project teams adhere to the Flex Product Life Cycle Process (FPLC) process no matter where the projects are initiated from.- Provide the necessary leadership and support to Project Managers (design, NPI, lead etc.) to manage projects in line with project management processes and associated policies and procedures.- Ensure collaborative cross-functional project team participation to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control all phases of a project or subproject to ensure work efforts are executed on time, within budget, and according to stated requirements reliably and repeatedly.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _ English Advanced_- _ Management and comprehension of P&L_- _ Customer and company metrics_- _ Excellent Business skills/ People management staff development_- _ Passionate Intelligence Commercial negotiation_- _ Negotiation with clients_- _ Guide multiple manufacturing _entities._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.AB53Job CategorySales - Marketing - Account Mgmt**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
