TCS is looking for **Microsoft 365 Admin**Job location: CDMX, Querétaro, Monterrey, GuadalajaraWork modality: hybrid (at least 3 days working from office in the mentioned cities)**Skills**:- Advanced English communications- Microsoft Exchange 2016, On-Prem- Office 365 (Exchange Online)- SPF, DMARC, DKIM and DNS- Deployments for companies with over 1,000 usersMain activities:- Complete Administration includes end to end troubleshooting of the Exchange/O365 landscape of AMD.- Execute the deployment plan of SPF, DMARC, and DKIM- Consulting / Recommendation for improvement on the infrastructure wherever applicable.- Assess impact to AMD for each change, provide potential risks, limitations, and mitigation.- Communicate with AMD (general mail users, users of 3rd party Senders, and IT support, vendors of 3rd party senders, DMARC service vendor, etc.) about the changes (e.g. SPF/DMARC/DKIM records, private/public keys) and their actions required (e.g. provide needed information for SPF/DMARC/DKIM record setup, private/public keys setup)- Provide FAQ, answer to queries about all the changes.- Provide guideline to IT for support and operation tasks.- Evaluate information, steps, services provided by DMARC service providers.- Testing with 3rd party Senders before and after all changes.
