HEOR Evidence Systems Senior Manager**Category**:Market Access**Location**:Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, MX**Position for Novo Nordisk GBS Mexico**The Position**As a HEOR Evidence Strategy and Synthesis Sr. Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for all activities supporting evidence synthesis and dissemination. Reporting to the Director of HEOR Evidence Strategy and Synthesis you will be accountable for activities such as:- Provide scientific and system support to the Therapeutic area to accelerate the development and communication of the Evidence and insights generation plans and synthesis package.- Conduct Systematic Literature Reviews per the Evidence and Insights Generation Plan.- Liaise with team members and internal/external stakeholders to obtain feedback and implement it effectively.- Provide project management support, supporting the Therapeutic Areas teams with meeting management, project documentation, budgets, reporting and impact tracking.**Qualifications**- You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare related fields. Master’s degree is preferred.- Solid experience in relevant field of study in payor, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.- It is expected training of Clinical Research or Real World Evidence Studies.- Project Management skills and training is preferred- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.- 3+ years of experience in relevant field of study with at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare.**Requirements**:- Submit your resume in English**About the Department**Novo Nordisk Global Business Service Centre (GBS) plays an important role in improving the lives of millions of people living with a serious chronic disease.
