**Quality Specialist (QPC)**Location San Jose, Mexico**Pacesetting. Passionate. Monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation/portals and statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to improve the product quality continuously.- Timely processing of customer complaints according customer requirements (customer portals, 8D report, problem solving documentation, etc.). Creating risk analyses (FMEA) and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check.- Identification of quality and service problems and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check.- Maintenance/updating of the quality assurance plan for series production in alignment with manufacturing engineer / mechanical engineer (Control Plan, FMEA, Parts History List, etc.).**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS****Skills**:- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends and issues.- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in conducting inspections and maintaining documentation.- Communication Skills: Effective in training staff and reporting findings.- Customer Service Expertise: Experience in quality customer service FORD, GM.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree: in Mechanical, electrical, electronic, electromechanical engineer or a related field.- Experience: More than 2 years of job-related experience.- Advanced English.Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**ANA ROMINA VELAZQUEZ
