Balancing includes the assignment of production associates in the different processes- or cells as required and/or applicable.- Central point of communication between Vault, Planning and Manufacturing to prevent material shortages and mitigate any- production line stoppage.- Management of priorities in the production line such as Backorder, Protocols, among others, that are previously- communicated by planning and manufacturing.- Execution of cycle counts for the components defined as "Floor Stock" according to the frequency established in the- business unit (Weekly, Fortnightly, and/or Monthly) and following the cycle counting procedure of the plant.- Responsible for allocating components, closing operations and final transfer of production orders from- finished product through the MES and/or JDEdwards systems as applicable; ensuring the correct reconciliation of the- order, avoiding any variation that would have a financial impact on the business.- Responsible for assigning and closing operations of Leporello orders, dispensing boxes, among others, to- the finished product order.- Final delivery of finished product orders in suitcases or boxes to the Transfer Area or Sollas, as apply.- Responsible for performance calculation for combined products (product with triclosan, known as PLUS).- Responsible for providing the material for the execution of the cleaning of the dedicated team for combined products.- (product with triclosan, known as PLUS).- Receipt and counting of variances generated at the end of production orders for components such as needles,- sutures among others. Once counted ensure the delivery of variance to the Vault.- Requisition, reception and physical and systematic assortment of the “Floor Stock” components.- Physical assortment of “Floor Stock” components in production machines as applicable; ensuring the levels- adequate inventory for “Floor Stock” components, avoiding any stoppage in the production line.- Requisition and supply of suitcases for absorbable product as applicable.- Responsible for the requisition of missing components for production orders that is in status 50.- Manage entry and exit of production orders in the Dryhold for absorbable product.- Ensure the correct management of exposure hours and their different statuses within the MES system and/or JDEdwards (tacles such as Start, Dry-6, Nitrogen and Ship k) for absorbable product.- For the personnel assigned to the transfer area, it is responsible for the coordination and execution of the shipment of finished product according to the shipping specification for absorbable and non-absorbable product.- Coordination of the cycle time of finished product orders within the production floor, preventing orders exceed the cycle times established for each of the processes.- Ensure compliance with the quality policy through the different manufacturing processes.- Support and promote the culture of Environment, Safety and Hygiene in the plant.- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities such as the innovation program and kaizen.- Other responsibilities may be assigned.**Qualifications**Qualifications - ExternalQualifications - Internal.**Requirements and Education**:- High School/Technical Secondary Completed in Computing Systems- 2 to 4 years of experience in the Medical Industry.- Lean Manufacturing Certification preferred.- Basic writing and reading skills in the English language.- High cognitive, analytical and mathematical capacity.- Experience in manufacturing processes such as: Swaging, Winding & Packaging Processes.- Knowledge to use scales to process variances.- Ability to handle Jack pallets and heavy loads.**Knowledge and Skill Sets**:- Experience in handling Combined Products (products with triclosan) preferably.- Extensive knowledge in the JD
