Together, let’s create the extraordinaryJob Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _- Supply Chain Solution Analyst_- located in _- Guadalajara, North_- ._- The _- Supply Chain Solution Analyst_- role involves supporting and participating in the deployment of the Ivalua source to pay solution and other tools and systems for indirect and direct materials._What a typical day looks like:- _ Collect and validate master data for Site Deployments._- _ Participate in the Site Process mapping._- _ Training material preparation for PR to PO process, master data & documentation review and upgrade of User Guides._- _ Communication to site & stakeholder for releases._- _ Key user and end user training for Process clarification and guidance._- _ BRD creation for system enhancements._- _ Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) related to enhancements and Bug Fixes._- _ Working with internal teams for process improvement and standardization._- _ Interact frequently with Site, Regional and Global Procurement teams, Supply Chain Solutions, as well as IT and Got It Support Team._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._- _ Strong knowledge of indirect and direct procurement processes._- _ Some experience in logistics, or Purchasing department as Buyer or analyst._- _ Intermediate - Advanced English skills._- _ Comfortable working in a Global, multi-cultural, fast paced environment._- _ Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite._- _ Nice to have knowledge of Ivalua / ERP (Baan or LN)._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.LG54Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:At Flex, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and know there is much more to a great employee than just a list of requirements - if you are excited about a role (but don’t meet every bullet-point), we encourage you to apply.
