Job DescriptionFragomen, the leading global business immigration services firm, is searching for a Human Resources Manager for our Mexico City, Mexico location. This position will provide lead Human Resources support for legal teams in Mexico City and throughout the region, as needed.RESPONSIBILITIESo Manage all facets of day-to-day Human Resources support in the Mexico City Officeo Serve as a knowledgeable HR advisor to local partners and managers in addressing employee relations matterso Support the development and implementation of the Firms' HR initiatives, tools and systemso Provide counseling on policies and procedureso Collaborate with HR functional areas to ensure delivery of Talent Acquisition support, Talent Management program delivery and Total Rewards initiatives.o Manage performance review and the annual merit increase processes for employees in the areas of responsibility.o Be actively involved in recruitment by managing the hiring processo Create and implement effective onboarding planso Develop training and development programso Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issueso Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirementso Review employment and working conditions to ensure we are competitive and per marketo Facilitate the identification of training needs as well as the delivery and tracking of job- specific and supervisory training leveraging the Talent Management team as appropriate.o Assess morale level, collect feedback and assist in maintaining a positive working environmentQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEo Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR positiono Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development etc.)o Understanding of disciplinary procedureso Proficient in MS Officeo Experience using Workday or another HR systems a pluso Outstanding organizational and time-management abilitieso Excellent communication and interpersonal skillso Problem-solving and decision-making aptitudeo Strong ethics and reliabilityo Fluent in English
