Will be responsible for Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) follow up in LifeStyle segment, execute proper Implementation (End2End) and will maintain PLM /ERP / Shop floor control System.Being part of communication channel along with internal peers and customers during sustaining stages.What a typical day looks like.- Handle product transfer and new product set up.- Direct support to CFT and Production area.- Follow-up, execution and planning of Engineering testing in terms of validation process in Molding and Assembly areas.- Suggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield.- Solve product related problems and perform failure analysis related to product issues.- Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues.- Follow up company approved processes.- Work with design team to resolve design issues.- Best Practices (SGAs, Internal Kaizen)- Suggest modification to work instructions, material or product changes to ensure superior quality of products.- BOM scrubbing.- ECO Implementation.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Manufacturing Traceability System.- International Automotive Quality Standard.- MRP- Agile System- Experience in automotive.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving FundPA91Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
