Our commitment to innovation is not just about groundbreaking products; it's about unlocking the power of artificial intelligence and data to transform the way we understand and improve health globally In this exciting era, data is more than just numbers - it's the key to unlocking potential and driving forward-thinking solutions.**You will be responsible for**:- Helps establish metrics and implement programs to accelerate Data Governance practices across business and tech teams, ensuring compliance and privacy regulations.- Researches critical data quality issues to drive root cause assessment, mitigation planning and execution.- Owns the development and maintenance of our business glossary, as well as data catalog, data lineage, and related activities.- Be a member of our agile squad, participating of initiatives that will accelerate the organization's data literacy and overall data democratization.- Collaborates with multiple data domains. Support data stewards and data owners in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.**In this role, you will collaborate across all LATAM countries in a global company, being exposed to**:- Three languages (Portuguese, Spanish and English)- Several different cultures and experiences- A diverse, equity, and inclusive environment- What will highly contribute to your personal development**Qualifications**:**Qualifications and requirements**:**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Engineering or a related technical field.**Experience and Skills**:**Required**:- A minimum of 3 years with relevant data and analytics experience.- Solid grasp of data analysis, data modeling, visualization, and business intelligence tools. Including ETL and Data Ecosystem (e.g. AWS, Azure, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).- Solid grasp of data governance tools (e.g. Atlan, Alation, Purview, Unity Catalog).- Practical experience in data governance methodologies (e.g. DMBOK, CMMI DMM). Certifications in this area is a plus.- Ability to conduct data exploration and manipulation to support business analysis and problem solving.- Practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design thinking) and frameworks (SAFe).- Strong interpersonal & communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to explain data concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists.- Passion for learning, sharing and implementing new ideas in a fast-paced environment.**Other**:- Advanced Business English oral and written skills.- Intermediate Portuguese is a plus.- Previous experience with Data Governance initiatives is a plus.- Previous experience with Data Literacy is a plus.- Previous experience with UX/UI/Design is a plus.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
