Como **Compliance Content Analyst** serás responsable de apoyar al cliente a corregir, complementar y/o mantener actualizada su información personal, durante todo el proceso de onboarding en la app, así como para mantener actualizados los datos de los clientes.**¿Qué harás?**- Revisar y validar la data de los clientes y hacer las modificaciones según los requerimientos y documentación oficial que proporcione el cliente- Reportar las incoherencias y sospechas de fraude a los supervisores (cuentas fake)- Cumplir con la calidad de revisión de la data de los clientes- Cumplir con las políticas de privacidad de albo- Eficientar el proceso de revisión y validación de la data de los clientes albo**¿Quién eres?**- Tienes experiência práctica en un puesto parecido dedicado a la calidad y validación del contenido / data de los clientes- Tienes 1 año de experiência en el mismo puesto o similar de calidad y/o revisión del contenido de customer data- Sabes trabajar en un ambiente de trabajo que requiere muy alto cumplimiento de políticas de protección de la data- Atención a detalle.
