Inputs, maintains, organizes and reports on information regarding lease dates, dollar values and financial accounting transactions into a lease management software database. Prepares, processes and reconciles AR & AP transactions to ensure accurate and current lease information is maintained.- **Key Responsibilities**- Runs financial reports as established on Playbook.- Input and update the financial data on the system- Perform calculation for recons and ledgers- Perform client and landlord communication- Fill Salesforce as global standards- Perform QC on cases and financial reports- Provide information about payments and portfolio to the client and leadership- ** Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in economic, administrative or accountable sciences areas (desirable)- Advanced English- Willing to answer common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers and / or supervisor- Ability to present information effectively to an internal department and / or large groups of Employees- ** Why CBRE?**- When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
