Order Entry Analyst

We believe in delivering innovative technology and system solutions to our valued customers to enable their success.As**Responsibilities**:- Ensure appropriately set TWA Contracts into SAP in order to assure the proper Revenue Recognition under USGAAP rules gathering all Proof of delivery (POD rule).- Provide explanations about Deferred Revenue and Unbilled Revenue balances as a result of TWA Contracts in the Balance Sheet and sort out the discrepancy into SAP.- Validate in SAP items accuracy and prices for the purchase order and the tax information for invoicing and let their supervisor know about discrepancies in case needed.- Validate local tax requirements into Invoice issued like VAT liable, payment terms code, payment type code, customs import numbering for items, etc.- Ensure full adherence to Waters Internal Controls and keep proper documentation and approvals required for Internal and External Audit.- Actively assurance of the compliance of standards performance (KPIs).Qualifications:**Education**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration**Experience**:- At least 2 years of experience on Customer Service, Order Entry (Invoicing), Administration- Issue and distribute invoices- Process new contracts and sales- Prepare and present analytical reports (Metrics)- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy- Support monthly and quarterly audits and cleanups**Skills**:- Knowledge on USGAAP Revenue Recognition Rules- Understanding about Local Tax compliance related to Invoice issuance- Excellent communication skills- Organizational and time management skills- Attention to details- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines- Teamwork skills- Advance EnglishCompany Description:Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), the world's leading specialty measurement company, has pioneered chromatography, mass spectrometry and thermal analysis innovations serving the life, materials, and food sciences for more than 60 years.
