Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler.The “Master Scheduler” will be based in Tijuana, reporting to Master SchedulerResponsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtimeWhat a typical day looks like:- Create daily production schedules.- Supervise that deadlines are met.- Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization.- Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.- Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.- Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.- Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials.- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization.- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.- Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues.- Provide training to staff members as required.- Report key metrics as required.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree, preference in Engineering and equivalent experience.- English (Mid-level)- Microsoft Office Experience (Excel)What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical Insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceHS115Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
