Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:As a Finance Analyst, you will provide financial and control expertise to the Electrification Distribution Solutions business area in San Luis Potosí; Mexico, benchmarking KPIs while working with other finance professionals to understand the drivers of financial performance, identifying trends relevant to the business. In this role you will study business performance, including financial modelling to forecast the impacts and risks, and recommend areas for continuous improvement.**Your responsibilities**:- Performs analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast, and accordingly proposes improvement actions.- Performs benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry competitors and similar businesses within ABB.- Works with other finance professionals to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance of the organization and identify trends.- Prepares financial modeling for various hypotheses and the overall impact to the business unit.- Supports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the relevant organization.- Validates the accuracy of financial data and business information and reports through reconciliations and review of exceptions.- Provides information to management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.- Optimizes their performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements.- Ensures processes and controls within area of responsibility, are designed and implemented in line with internal policies and regulations.- Maintains proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/ internal/external audits and reviews.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or similar.- New graduate - 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or in Manufacturing environment.- Knowledge of MS Office (Mid -Advanced Excel).- ERP SAP or similar preferred.- Advanced level of English.- Effective communication and negotiation skills.**More about us**:
