Importante especialista en Gestión de Calidad y Procesos para ITEstamos en busca de un experto en Gestión de Calidad y Procesos para nuestro equipo de Tecnologías de la Información.**Responsabilidades**:La principal responsabilidad del especialista en Calidad de Procesos es monitorear las métricas de calidad y procesos, coordinar las actividades necesarias para mantenerlas dentro de los níveles esperados. Este especialista necesita participar en varias reuniones con equipos de TI y otros departamentos de la Planta.Las herramientas que se requieren son: QUIZZ (herramienta de auditoría), Confluence, Jira, Teams, Office.Tu experiência en modelos de trabajo Agile y herramientas como Confluence será crucial para el éxito en este rol.Tus responsabilidades incluirán la implementación y seguimiento de medidas de procesos PIC, asegurando que todos los estándares de calidad sean cumplidos y mejorados continuamente.Tu capacidad para analizar datos y procesos, y proponer mejoras significativas, será fundamental para el éxito en esta posición.**Requisitos clave**:- Mínimo 3 años de experiência.- Bilingüe.- Experiência demostrable en Gestión de Calidad y Procesos en entornos de TI.- Profiabilidad en metodologías Agile y herramientas como Confluence.- Conocimiento profundo de procesos PIC y medidas de desempeño.- Capacidad para liderar iniciativas de mejora continua y asegurar la excelencia operativa.- Gestión de KPI´s y SLA´s- Gestionar el apego a los Procesos de ISO9001:2015Si tienes un enfoque meticuloso hacia la calidad y una habilidad demostrada para gestionar procesos complejos en IT, este podría ser el lugar ideal para ti.Únete a nuestro equipo y contribuye a la excelencia en nuestras operaciones tecnológicas.
