DESCRIPTIONAmazon is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Alternative Payment Method Program within our Payment Business Operations team This pivotal role will drive operational excellence for our advanced online payment systems, with a specific focus on Buy Now Pay Later solutions across Latin America.Key job responsibilities- Drive program management excellence alongside technical teams to revolutionize payment products and customer experience- Manage operational relationships with third-party partners and internal stakeholders- Conduct sophisticated data analysis to extract actionable insights for business decisions- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities- Partner with engineering and product teams to prioritize features and manage post-launch optimizationBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Speak, write, and read fluently in EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules- Knowledge of the payments industry or financial services- Experience in eCommerce, technology, or customer service operations
