**Overview**:- The Sales Solution Engineer 3 is responsible for providing technical and/or industry expertise to the sales team and customers in the pre-sales process.**What you will be doing**:- Lead customer pre-sales meetings, identify technical requirements, and formulate solution strategy- Present demonstration of proposed solution to key customer stakeholders for validation and buy-in- Coordinate meeting with global services to transition key information; remain actively involved in process to ensure seamless transfer of customer- Compose internal documentation that fully reflects all activity related to the solution strategy- Provide technical responses for request for proposals (RFPs)- Take proactive measures to identify and improve internal efficiencies and grow knowledge of the team; remain current on best practices and market trends- Present at trade shows, conferences and events- Work with development in support of solution enhancements- Provide guidance to other team members**What will make you successful**:- Fluent in English and Spanish- Bachelor’s degree in related field, such as Management Information Systems or Computer Science- Significant experience in technical sales and relevant industry or technology- Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM)- Experience with general software implementation methodologies- Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment- Self-directed with the ability to manage projects to completion- Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas- Demonstrated ability to develop and use engaging, informative and compelling presentation methodologies- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others; effective at gaining consensus- Driven to learn and stay current professionally- Up to 60% travel time required- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
