Position: Consultor SAP OTCExperience level: Sr.Education level: Bachelor’s degreeLocation: CDMX - RemotoPractice: PBSIndustry - Sector: TecnologíaWhat you’ll do?- Work closely with the business stakeholders, project team to ensure that the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.- Built the required functional specifications and provide the required hand-over to the ABAP development team- Carry out the required SAP configuration to support the new changes- Test the developed solutions to assure a bug free delivery of this key functionality- Carry out integration testing to ensure the current solution does not impact the current solution- Work with business stakeholders to develop and execute the required test plans- Plan out and execute the cutover activities to bring the solution to the production systemsWhat you’ll bring:- Experience of working with Automotive clients is a plus- Expert understanding of the SAP order to cash process- Extensive knowledge of track record of being a part of a team to successfully deliver complex, IT ERP programs and projects- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in the SAP OTC emphasizing ERP delivery in large, complex, manufacturing and / or automotive operations environments.- Minimum 7+ years hands on SAP configuration experience on Global large-scale programs especially on SAP ECC- OTC Processes, STO process, understand of EDI, familiarity with Scheduling Agreements, experience with data migration using LSMWs- Ability to provide & review functional and technical specifications and make recommendations for improvement prior to development- Understanding SAP ABAP with debug experience preferred- Demonstrated competency in the MS Office Suite of products- Strong and above average communication skills - oral, written and presentation skills- Superior organization, planning, technical and negotiation skills- Superior process, analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong leadership skills - influence all facets of the organization, mentoring, coaching, and teaching- Strong ability to collaborate, influence and build consensus - addresses conflict and resolves issuesSoft skills:Work Underpressure, Quality at work, Results OrientedWhat can YOU expect in a career with Capgemini?- Working in a team environment, Consultants will focus on the analysis, design and development of technology-based solutions for Capgemini’s clients.- You will work alongside technical, functional and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative system solutions including methods, techniques and tools.- You will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value-added services and work products.- Capgemini offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.- Headquartered in Paris, France, Capgemini has a presence of more than 340 thousand professionals in Mexico distributed among 3 sites located in Mexico City, Monterrey and Aguascalientes.
