Project Manager - E-commerce Marketing**Location: CDMX****Wexpand History**:At Wexpand, we connect talent with opportunities. We're looking for someone who shares those values and can translate them into compelling designs.**About the role**:We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Project Manager with proven marketing agency experience—and bonus points if it’s with e-commerce clients. You’ll serve as the operational backbone of our client delivery, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring marketing projects move forward on time and on strategy. You must be an Asana expert, a natural communicator, and someone who can anticipate needs before they arise. This isn’t just task tracking—it’s about being a strategic facilitator and internal leader who understands what it takes to execute marketing plans with excellence.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage workflows using Asana—assigning tasks, setting dependencies, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks- Act as a day-to-day liaison between internal teams and senior account managers, helping translate strategy into execution- Collaborate closely with department heads and contractors to keep workstreams aligned.- Identify blockers, propose solutions, and communicate changes clearly and quickly.- Support the evolution of SOPs, timelines, and agency operations as we scale.- Track project performance and proactively report key insights to stakeholders.**Qualifications**:- Advanced English (C1,C2)- 5+ years of project management experience within a marketing agency (e- commerce experience strongly preferred).- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and workstreams simultaneously.- Mastery of Asana (you know how to build out templates, dashboards, dependencies, etc.)**Soft Skills**:- Communication- Time management- Proactive and problem solving skills**Technical Skills**:- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier, and Hubspot is a plus.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with changing priorities.**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday onsite from 9am to 6pm- $40k GrossTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $40,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- What's your english level?- Do you have experience using Asana?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
