Las Visión de Conjunto:We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the Accounting team. The position is responsible for processing various types of accounts payable transactions including vendor invoices and other payment requests. The position is also responsible for vendor relations and inquiries, collections efforts with vendors, reconciliations, and research activities related to accounts payable transactions.**Responsabilidades**:Receive, review, validate, and post invoices- _ Maintain Accounts Payable processes in compliance with internal policies and external regulations_Perform 3-way match & process invoices for payments- _Review that PO, receipt and invoice match_Review GRIR and book accruals and other adjustments- _Review that in system we do not have receipts with more than 30 days without invoice_Handle vendor inquires & manage vendor relationshipsResolve exceptions & payment issues- _Review in system all the invoices that are in system as exceptions because they have a three way match problem_Payment disbursement (generate payments)- _Generate the payment distribution file and upload it to bank_Other Treasury requests- _Fund request Forecast, creation of TWA for non-PO payment, set up vendors in banks and other Treasury activities_Support in other areas- _Provide reports or participate in continuous improvements initiatives and projects_Month end close process support- _Support in the month end process activities such as invoice accruals, adjustments, reclassifications, and any other correction._Balance Sheet Reconciliation- _Elaborate reconciliations related with Accounts Payable accounts_Calificaciones:**Education**: Accounting Degree**Experience**: 5 - 7 years experience**Language**: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred**Skills**: Highly Analytical, Iniciative, Team work, Competent on ExcelCordis is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal opportunity for all teammates and applicants.
