Reporting to Jo Williams, the Marketing Assistant will assist in daily marketing activities across multiple platforms, systems, and channels. This is an incredible opportunity to get multi-system experience working on a small team with a growth mindset. What You’ll Be Doing Daily calendar updates based on appointments Record reading and translation in Infusionsoft Communication with Marketing Lead and sales team regarding appointment statuses Source tracking to inform marketing decisions Path tracking to inform lead gen and nurture efforts Maintain existing nurture sequences Webinar invite & registration campaigns across multiple systems 2x weekly newsletter campaigns (copy provided) Create social media content Very active, high-performing private group Facebook LinkedIn Instagram Actively follow up on messages, comments, etc. Release weekly podcast episodes Release episodes weekly on SoundCloud Create episode release page on WordPress site using Beaver Builder Optimize for SEO based on a predetermined SEO plan Role Competencies Digital marketer Social media expert Copywriting skills Proofreading skills Values Be bold, take risks Carry Your Own Bag Have a Growth Mindset Help First Start Strong, Finish Strong Communication 2 hour long weekly meetings over Zoom Must have at least 3 hours of overlapping work time Fluent in written and spoken English What You’ll Add to DigitalOcean Technical Skills in : Infusionsoft WordPress Beaver Builder Zapier Calendly Google Calendar Zoom FormLiftMay need a closing li?
