As an Account Executive in our sales team, you will formulate and implement a sales strategy within an assigned region. You will work in partnership with the existing Account owners and will carry quota for the products sales to drive revenue growth.**Key Responsibilities**Close opportunities at assigned existing accounts and drive sales at new accountsDrive sales within assigned segment (lower Commercial segmentsAcquire new logos within assigned territorySpeak to Salesforce offerings as they relate to the customer’s needs and engage other Salesforce resources as requiredManage high volume of accounts and sales**Preferred Qualifications**A proven sales hunter and closer.Experience with outside software sales.Passionate about customer success - active teaming with the extended team.Proven track record of exceeding sales quota preferably SaaS solutions.Ability to negotiate commercial contracts and maintain competitive pricing.Proven commercial success in working with executives, VP and ‘C’ level.Ability and validated experience with critical thinking and complex decision-making.Preferred SkillsOutstanding problem solving skills: consistent track record to ask questions, structure sophisticated problems, develop solutions and recommendationsStrong communication skills to translate complex info into easily digestible insights and executive presentationsHighly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functionsExcellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use.AccommodationsPosting StatementSalesforce is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
