At **Amigo Doctor**, we provide online medical services to the Hispanic community in the United States, with the purpose of improving their health in an accessible manner through warm, efficient, and Spanish-speaking service. The well-being of our patients is the most important aspect of our service. We are currently seeking a **Bilingual Customer Service Representative**What are we looking for?- Completed Bachelor's degree- Proficiency in CRM and basic Excel- Experience in customer service as a back office representative- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1)- Availability to work on-site in the southern area of Mexico CityActivities:- Follow up on customer service requests by contacting providers to provide a solution to the patient- Update records with documents and/or reference files as needed and according to patient's requirementsJob Offer:- Salary $12,000 net base- Monday to Saturday 11am to 6pm- Legal benefits- Monthly food vouchers ($1,000)Tipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $12,000.00 al mesPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaEducación:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)Experiência:- Atención al cliente (back office): 1 año (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
