Job Description:As a Telephone Customer Service Representative, you will focus on providing the correct resolutions for customers. You will handle customer relationships and assist with their individual service needs whilst delivering best-in-class customer service.Your Schedule:Monday to Friday9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)Saturdays10:00 to 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)Sundays - OFFWhat we require:- Must be bilingual, Spanish - English.- Must have experience in customer service.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- High level of professionalism- Have your own equipment- Computer (Windows 7/10 and 4GB RAM minimum)- Headset (especially one with a microphone attached to it)- High-speed internet connection (50 - 60 Mb broadband)- Telegram appResponsibilities and Duties.- Handle Inbound/Outbound calls, text messages, from/to customers.- Processing payments.- Provide resolutions at the first point of contact, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers always.- Ensure that all customer’s information is documented in the computer system accurately and appropriately.- Transfer calls to the right person.What we offer:- Work from home- Starting at 4,000 MXN Weekly Salary- 3,000 MXN during training- 4,500 MXN After 3 months Weekly Salary- 1 Hour Lunch- Two 10 min. breaks- Growth opportunitiesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: Hasta $4,500.00 a la semanaHorario:- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Trabajar desde casaIdioma:- Inglés y Español (Obligatorio)
