Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Jr. Traffic Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Production Manager, the Jr. Traffic Analyst role involves coordinating and consolidating internal and international systems to support shipments most cost-effectively, delivering maximum advantage to the company and its customers.What a typical day looks like:- Gather, evaluate, record, and report on current market information regarding transportation methods.- Work with the team to define company and customer needs and make recommendations on cost-effective transportation methods.- Assist in price negotiations if necessary.- Ensure the lowest cost transportation by analyzing needs, researching methods, and auditing carrier costs and performance.- Maintain logs and compile information on routes, rates, and services from various vendors.- Arrange shipping details such as packing, shipping, and routing of products.- Evaluate and recommend transportation and freight costs, as well as appropriate routing and carriers.- Plan, schedule, and route inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments, considering applicable laws, tariffs, and company policies.- Ensure compliance with corporate and facility policies and procedures.- Maintain and update Traffic Metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.- Establish and maintain relationships with agents/suppliers to achieve quality service and cost reduction.- Schedule company vehicles for service and maintenance checks and ensure proper registration and insurance.- Support the team in dealing with daily operational and transportation issuesThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS in international business or equivalent work experience.- Jr experience in a similar position- INCOTERMS Knowledge.- Advanced English.- Communication and negotiation abilities.- Office (Excel and PowerPoint)What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceKJ12Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
