Position Summary Job Responsibilities: Maintain and modify HFM/Hyperion Planning/Essbase application metadata and member attributes using EPMA Workspace. Support the entire Finance organization during Budget, LRP & Forecasting cycles. Support and enact FP&A process and work-flow governance standards. Perform and monitor bulk data loads and extracts. Define, maintain and document in-app security settings for Essbase, Planning, HFM, Hyperion Reports. Maintain current state objects and functional artefacts (calculations, web forms, etc.). Document and manage all shared/centralized functional FP&A SOPs as well as all Essbase and Planning application and process designs. Manage central report repository (reports, batches, etc.). Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional application support for user issues such as calculation errors, business rules conflicts, data integrity concerns, security issues, web form errors, data load errors, etc.; escalate to technical support when necessary. Maintain expert knowledge of HFM/Planning/Essbase and review enhancement designs. Develop small-scale enhancements to existing applications and other application modifications considered Business as Usual (BAU). For larger changes, engage and manage external resources. Support FP&A and Accounting systems projects for enhancements. Position Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university; preferably in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience supporting an Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase user community, developing reports, and maintaining complex data structures. Prior system conversion/implementation experience is a plus; Hyperion implementation is a strong plus. Skills / Abilities Strong experience in Microsoft Excel. Ability to multi-task and use good judgment to balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to build trusting relationships and partner with end-users throughout the organization. Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) / Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE). Hyperion Planning & Essbase (HP) / Hyperion Financial Reports (FR). Microsoft SQL experience is a plus. Requisitos / Cualificaciones del puesto Licenciatura de una universidad acreditada de cuatro años; preferiblemente en Contabilidad o Finanzas. Mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia brindando soporte a una comunidad de usuarios de Oracle Hyperion Planning y Essbase, desarrollando informes y manteniendo estructuras de datos complejas. Experiencia previa en conversión/implementación de sistemas es una ventaja; experiencia en implementación de Hyperion es una gran ventaja. Habilidades / Aptitudes Amplia experiencia en Microsoft Excel. Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y buen criterio para equilibrar múltiples prioridades y cumplir con los plazos. Capacidad para establecer relaciones de confianza y colaborar con los usuarios finales en toda la organización.
