**Supply Chain Finance Lead****Mexico City****Join our Finance team**In this role you will be responsible to manage all related with manufacturing and logistics costs as well as business spent and supply chain overheads across Latin America.You will review monthly production results and forecast by challenging the delivery of the business plan and value creation actions. You will also, improve the logistics forecast accuracy through understanding of cost drivers/ flows and driving cost reduction agenda. For this you need to understand the 3rd Party manufacturing contracts and working on cost reduction initiatives together with Supply chain and Procurement teamsYour experience as a Head of Supply Chain Finance between 8 and 10 years in FMCG companies will help you to understand the company and the business. You will work with different cross-functional teams so your ability to collaborate and influence senior stakeholders will be critical for the role.As we are as fast-moving environment your ability to lead and manage changes will allow you to drive those changes to deliver our results as expected. Also, you will lead a team of 3 people with whom you need to work closely to develop their skills.We are global company, and you will interact with different people across the globe, so you will use English in a daily basis, and you must be good at it.
