Join the #TeamNordex**HSE Manager**:- REQUISITION ID: 4579- LOCATION: NLE, MX- DEPARTMENT: HSEQYour profile:Qualification/Training / Titulación /Formación: University degree in SafetyComplementary Training / Formación Complementaria: Domain in MS Office and basic knowledge in Power BI.Profile / Perfil: Dynamism, Strong Technical Skills, Work Under Pressure, Oriented to Results, Persistent and Committed.Languages/Level / Idiomas/Nível: English (proficiency level) and Spanish (fluent).Experience / Experiência: 5 years in similar functionsYour Tasks:- Ensure the compliance whit local legislation and company Health, Safety and Environmental policies in all activities carried.- Ensure the compliance with Customer’s requirements and review during of stage of a project (from quotation phase to deployment phase)- Participate to the contracts negotiation in relation with HSE topics: Both with customers and with contractors- Be the Customer´s highest representative in Nordex for all topics related to HSE.- Lead all HSE activities in the country, make and control the budget of the department, act as interlocutor with administration and clients. Suggest and launch HSE improvements in the preventive actions and accident control measures.- Audit and support local teams through training, technical visits and best practices to achieve the results expected by the company, coordinate, develop and guide work safety activities in the company projects, as well as industrial facilities, in order to adapt to the legal safety regulations.- Collect and supervise HSE indicators from different areas.
