With currently around 36,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of €8.1 billion in fiscal year 2024.**YOUR TASKS****Job Objective**:Play a key role in the development, validation, and continuous improvement of special production processes, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and compliance with Hella standards and legal requirements.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Define specifications and support supplier selection for process-specific production equipment.- Qualify new processes and technologies for upcoming products.- Monitor and optimize production processes to meet performance KPIs.- Analyze process failures and lead improvement initiatives.- Train users and support global knowledge sharing on process standards (PFMEA, DfM).**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**️ Preferred Experience in:- Press-fit / pin insertion (Tyco, Harmontronics, or similar)- Panel process with Schunk equipment- Ultrasonic welding & riveting (Herrmann)- Leak testing methods and tools**Profile**:University degree + 2-3 years of experience in process engineering or advanced manufacturing environments.Join a global team where your expertise shapes the future of mobility**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Alejandra LopezPhone:
