Our commitment to quality and innovation makes us an essential choice for a myriad of industries worldwide.Position Overview:The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of our warehouse and logistics endeavors. This role requires an individual who can wear multiple hats, managing the diverse aspects of inventory, shipments, and team oversight while ensuring timely deliveries and optimal stock levels.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring procedures are followed and the area is maintained in a safe and organized manner.Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and transportation.Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments meet quality standards and are properly documented.Optimize warehouse space for efficient storage while considering the specifics of each item, such as weight, size, and temperature requirements.Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels, timely stock rotation, and mínimal wastage.Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to forecast needs and ensure product availability.Train, guide, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.Establish and monitor performance metrics for the warehouse and logistics operations.Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies, particularly concerning transportation and storage of goods.Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transportation companies, ensuring efficient communication in English.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.A minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.Strong proficiency in both Spanish and English is a must.Knowledge of warehouse management software and databases.Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:A competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package.Professional growth opportunities within EDDY Pump.Supportive and team-centric work environment.How to Apply:Please send resume if interested.At EDDY Pump Tijuana, we’re building more than just pumps - we’re building futures.
