We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe processes, managing inventory, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse workers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is properly organized and stored.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
- Maintain safety standards and enforce warehouse policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and develop staff members to improve performance and productivity.
- Troubleshoot any operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Experiência y requisitos

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office.

Forklift certification (a plus).

Bachelor degree or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
