We are more than 4,000 professionals in 11 countries, with our multicultural startup culture where we cultivate innovation and continuous learning to create high-value solutions for our clients.We are looking for IT Infrastructure Project Manager Jr.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of experience in I.T. or equivalent combination of education and experience required- 2+ years of project management experience (specifically in the I.T. / Infrastructure space)- Self-starter mentality and strong communication skills.- Knowledge of infrastructure, operations, and networking.- Must be proficient in M.S. Projects with plan building and management- Ability to manage 2-4 small projects, 1-3 medium projects, or 1-2 large projects simultaneously (Experience managing at least two full lifecycle projects)- Must be detail-oriented, results-focused, and able to support change management initiatives.- Familiar working with a global company is a plus- Experience working and interacting with other teams.- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.- Must have excellent and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.- Must be capable of creating clear and effective presentations and/or meetings with clients, peers, and management.- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.- Desired:- PMP Certification- ITIL Certification**We offer**:- Dynamic work environment- Competitive salary- Attractive benefits package- Legal and superior benefits- Free parking at NEORIS offices in Monterrey- Development opportunitiesRaúl CornelioLI-RC1
