**What You'll Do For Us**:- Facilitate superior support for data products, actively engaging with users to comprehend and troubleshoot issues.- Work synergistically with the Data Governance team to implement data governance standards throughout the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.- Carry out regular data audits to uphold data integrity and quality.- Monitor and enhance data quality, swiftly identifying and rectifying any potential issues affecting data accuracy or reliability.- Create and maintain thorough documentation for data products, ensuring the information is clear and comprehensible for both technical and non-technical users.- Develop and manage data governance tools including data dictionaries and data catalogues.- Participate in product testing and deployment of new data products and updates.- Oversee user access to data systems, ensuring appropriate permissions are granted in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.- Conduct regular audits of user access, ensuring compliance with data security protocols and privacy regulations.- Monitor and report on system performance and user activity.**Qualifications and Requirements**:- A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education/experience in a relevant field.- 2+ years of experience in data management.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.- Proficiency in Microsoft Analytics Tools (Excel, PowerBI).- Knowledge of data models, ETL, and cloud technologies (such as AWS, Azure, etc.)- Proficiency in SQL.- Experience with SharePoint- Familiarity with Agile and project management practices (Azure DevOps).- Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.- Advanced English skills ( B2 minimum required)**What We Can Do for You**:- ** Leadership Development** - Our Company’s purpose clearly speaks to the importance of leadership.
