We inspire excellence and teamwork through our Shared Values of Care, Create, Connect and Compete._**We have a fantastic opportunity for a Professional Education Content Manager based in EMEA to join our high performing organisation.**About the role**:In this role, you will report to the Head of Global of the LifeScan Diabetes Institute and will lead the Education Content for BGM, CGM and digital solutions.It's truly an amazing opportunity to join and support a highly professional team whilst offering a service which you can be proud.**Responsibilities will include**:- Collection, management, and publishing of information on the LifeScan Diabetes Institute Learning Portal- Determine target audience needs and interests in diabetes BGM and CGM- Manage content creation calendar- Managing content includes:- Create, improve, maintain, and revise content- Coordinate new content creation with Global Leads- Manage content projects- Sharing content- Monitoring content use- Communications about content to members- Identifies key words for expansion of the Portal- Creating new content from existing content- Managing Translation and subtitles- Establish routines for review and maintenance- Optimizing the use of content for members- Innovate, obtain and implement tools for social learning and interactive learning and trainingRequirements**:Required Skills**:In order to be successful in this role, you will be a Healthcare professional MD, Nurse Educator or Diabetes care and education specialist with proven experience within medical affairs or medical education.It goes without saying that you will have excellent communication skills and familiar with the use and implementation of diabetes technology - digital, sensor, pumps and BGM. Languages are a real advantage, English plus another such as German, Italian, Russian etc would be great.Together with:- Active in the diabetes world- Digital mindset- Results-oriented, self-disciplined, fast-paced, motivated individual that requires mínimal supervision and able to multitask several projects at one time- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with the need to manage constant change.- Ability to deal with ambiguity - ready to change gears and plans quickly- Strong communication skills (oral/written) in English and one other language, to include strong presentation skills, including ability to communicate in small and large settings and effectively facilitate- Highly collaborative and desire to reach across the organization to understand needs and how to meet those needs- Attention to detail for accuracy of clinician training content.- Ability to understand the need of a business and how clinical initiatives can be applied to meet goals and objectives of the companyWe pride ourselves in creating a fantastic team environment that allows everyone to grow and develop.
