Digital Content Manager

The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining a range of content to help establish and develop the company’s online presence, as well as overseeing marketing strategies that engage customers. Duties will include creating high-quality, shareable content to raise brand awareness, monitoring web traffic, and other metrics to identify best practices.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute the posting plan calendar for Invicta’s digital platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google My Business.- Analyze results for strategy improvement.- Collaborate with the HR department to generate content for monthly newsletter.- Coordinate efforts with international teams to share and repurpose content.- Plan and execute in-store events with collectors and other co-branded collection personalities.- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute in-store campaigns, including seasonal signage, promotional signs, and additional graphic needs.- Visit stores to understand the field business fully; travel required in the USA for up to 10%**Qualifications**- Minimum 2-3 experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail industry.- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.- English as a second language.- Must have a proven track record in successfully launching marketing initiatives and executing innovative marketing strategies.- Customer-focused decision-maker with a strong understanding of consumer trends.- Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, platforms, and social networking.- Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills.- Multi-tasker and tight deadline management.- Very well organized with extreme attention to detail.**Core Competencies**:- Communication - Clearly conveying information and ideas either formally of informally to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.- Planning & Organizing - Establishing course of actions for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.- Customer Focus - Delivering legendary behaviors that meet and exceed all stakeholder expectations.- Personal Learning - Takes personal responsibility for the continuous learning of new knowledge, skills, and experience.- Values & Integrity - Adheres to company values, beliefs, and principles.- Patience - Remains calm, maintains perspective, and responds in a professional manner when faced with challenging situations.- Making Decisions - Making timely and quality decisions based on analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.- Result oriented.**Main Tasks**- Weekly and monthly social media planning, publishing, and reporting.- Overview and keep social media profiles with up-to-date information, such as store schedules, promos, and events.- Generate video content from material provided and obtained on-site.- Travel to stores to generate content.- Partner with the design team to have all assets needed in a timely manner.**TIPO DE EMPLEO: Tiempo Completo****MODALIDAD DE EMPLEO: Remoto**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Estrategia de redes sociales: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Marketing digital: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Licencia/Certificación:- Marketing (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
