Bachelor's degree- 8+ years of program or project management experience- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- English proficiency: Fluent (verbally and written)- Excel Advanced: Proficiency in complex formulas, Expertise in data analysis with Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts, Advanced data visualization skills, including dynamic charts, dashboards, and conditional formatting, Ability to automate tasks using Macros and VBA.We are looking for a talented Program Manager for our SX Registration & Verification regional program. The Program manager will define strategies to enhance current registration and verification experience for sellers in Mexico and Brazil, be the main POC to global stakeholders from multiple teams and improve high-impact seller-facing processes. The PM will also have a hands-on approach in driving improvements in seller experience, reducing friction and raising the bar in processes for verification. They will also drive frequent working sessions with groups for solutions of pressing issues.The PM will have knowledge of reports and oversee/manage issues brought by metrics, and will show timely effectiveness in problem mitigation.- Master's degree
