Client: Our client is a leading airline group.Position overview: We are looking for a Product Manager - Digital Payments to lead the evolution of our payments platform, ensuring it becomes a driver of conversion, efficiency, and customer loyalty through innovation, scalability, and monetization.- Technology stack: Agile Practices: Scrum, Kanban- Collaboration Tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence- Payments Ecosystem: PSPs, acquirers, local and regional networks, wallets- Compliance & Security: PCI DSS, PSD2, LGPD (desirable certifications)- Data & Analytics: Strong data-driven decision making, KPI tracking- Responsibilities: Define and execute the payments roadmap, aligned with business strategy and customer experience- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary squads (tech, fraud, UX, finance) to deliver high-impact features- Evaluate, select, and integrate Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquirers, networks, and wallets across LATAM, working in close alignment with the Wallet Product Manager- Measure and optimize conversion, processing costs, authorization rates, and abandonment metrics- Ensure platform resilience, security, and regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, LGPD, PSD2)- Drive monetization opportunities within the payments ecosystem, creating new sources of financial revenue- Partner with commercial, loyalty, and finance teams to ensure alignment across business units- Serve as the main point of interaction with payments, fraud, billing, accounting, and wallet squads- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in digital payments- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)- Experience with payment platforms, PSP integration, and wallets in LATAM- Proven ability to define OKRs and deliver measurable business impact- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills- Proficiency in Spanish (mandatory) and English (desirable)- Autonomy aligned with organizational objectives- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills- Customer-centric mindset with care for client experience- Data-driven decision making- Knowledge of security and compliance in digital payments- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
