The position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico and it offers individual contributor role.We are looking for hands-on PLSQL & Java professionals with 5+ years of large & complex software development lifecycle experience. Following are the required skillsets.**Core Skills**:**_Must have:_**- Excellent knowledge of SQL and PLSQL- Thorough knowledge in RDBMS- Proficient in database designing and development using Oracle Databases- Excellent coding, debugging skills in PLSQL**_Good to have:_**- Experience in Database performance tuning- Knowledge of Core Java, J2EE**Soft Skills**:- Excellent written & verbal communication, Interpersonal Skills to work in a global team**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.
