Ex : Choice of building blocks / scope items, benefits and limitations etc.Ensures the integrity and integration of the solution components retained in adherence to the 'business' scopeAssists the functional consultants in the definition and construction of the solution in preparation for Fit to Standard workshopsSupports workshops and 'challenge' the 'gaps', as well as solutions proposed to 'gaps'Investigates, diagnoses and solves complex SAP project problems quicklyEnsures new SAP landscapes and solutions are designed and architected to ensure cost effective, scalable, and best in class solution delivery to all usersAct as Solution ArchitectYou will help build new systems needed by your client by identifying the business' current capabilities and future technological goals by creating, designing, and implementing well-defined solutions that are aligned with the envisioned business solution and scope of your client.Act as Pre-sales expert and industry leadYou will provide advice on technologies that deliver business results and benefits to your customers, while demonstrating the added value of your expertise and solutions.You have : A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or software engineeringAt-least 10 years of experience with SAP Implementations on the modules SAP Retail and experience of S / 4HANAParticipated in pre-sales activities, blue printing / Explore / Fit to standard and integration activitiesA strong business acumenDemonstrated ability to develop and implement strategiesExceptional verbal and written communication skills in EnglishVery knowledgeable in the Consumer Industry market, especially the Retail segment (business processes, trends, challenges as well as best in class solutions)A high energy individual who can adapt easily to different environments and project phases with leadershipAble to address objections with confidence and determinationStrategic and tactical with excellent planning and execution skillsCollaborativeCompliant and results drivenNO having profiles with advanced technical skills (Abap, CPI, ...)The word 'integration' has to be taken as being able to architecture, design, guide the functional team on all the functional pieces of the scope (Master data, merchandising, P2P, O2C, Logistics / warehousing, Manufacturing, Omnichannel, ...)Just someone used to design functional architecture and solution integration (CORE SAP ERP + Satellite systems integrated according to best practices processes and technologies)Why Syntax?
