Continuous Improvement Engineer at Schneider Electric At Schneider Electric, you will identify improvement opportunities and lead Lean and Kaizen projects. Responsibilities Identification ofpulse Improvements opportunities through tools such as Gap Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, and P&L. Follow-up on identified projects according to Continuous Improvement Methodologies: Lean, JDI, Kaizen, A3. Support for Direct Labor Productivity Analysis and Action Plan follow-up. Coaching and deployment of Continuous Improvement tools: 5S, Daily Management System, TPM, Improvement Ideas. Follow-up with Champions after deployment. Project management: centralize and manage the improvement project portfolio, monitor progress and goal attainment. Awareness campaigns for the implementation of new systems and lean methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in a related field revenues (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering). +2 estis years of experience in a continuous improvement role. Manufacturing or production background experience. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (5S, 8 wastes, Kaizen events, etc). Experience in continuous improvement projects. Proactive and works in a team. English advanced level.
