This is a hybrid role, this position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basisKey Responsibilities:- Monitor BDC effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, optimize strategies, and demonstrate BDC ROI for the dealership.- Drive national lead conversion, ensure positive customer experiences, handle complaints, and train the Business Managers team on BDC methodology.- Monitor performance metrics regularly.- Conduct monthly reviews to assess progress.- Set clear, achievable targets for each quarter.- Provide feedback and support to improve performance.- Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators.- Develop strategies and action plans to drive conversion rates results- Set up the overall scope, system interfaces, and handover processes, including consideration of use cases from other areas (IT, Marketing, Sales, Service, etc.).- Manage sales funnel and steering models to ensure the following KPIs for the BDC sources: Incoming Calls, Internet, Data base and fresh ups.- Contact rate (Prospection)- Appointment Scheduling rate (25%)- Appointment Confirmation rate (80%)- Effective Appointment (60%)- Sales conversion (40%)/ Lead conversion rate (2.5%)- Be responsible for BDC operative standards (development, update and support to dealerships and Sales Teams)- Manage collaboration with CRM providers to ensure functional and connected CRM platforms (Sales BDC module aligned to BDC business criteria).- Conduct constant analysis on functionality enhancements for national BDC operations based on data and dealer forums.- Establish a collaboration model with all areas (Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, GMF) for the customer journey and customer experience through the BDC.- Develop, innovate and execute BDC training strategies for GM Dealers and Business Managers in collaboration with GM Training and vendors.**Additional Job Description**:**Requirements**:- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related careers.- **Experience**:2-5 years in similar positions. Preferred digital marketing experience- **Communication Skills**:Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.- **Project Management**:Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously.- **Adaptability**:Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel; general knowledge of digital marketing and Power BI is a plus. Preferred SalesForce knowledge- **Collaboration**:Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.- **Proactive Approach**: Initiative to drive results and problem-solve effectively.- **Languages**:Advanced English.**Additional qualifications**:Experience in BDC operation, dealership sales and aftersales operations, digital marketing and automation.
