Sales Manager – Heavy Machinery & Construction Equipment We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive regional growth for our heavy machinery and construction equipment portfolio in the South American market. Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies for construction and earth‑moving equipment. Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams and dealer networks. Manage sales budgets, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts. Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Maintain key customer relationships and ensure contract compliance. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust business plans. Collaborate with marketing, product management, and service teams. Support product launches, promotions, and industry exhibitions. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field. 5‑8 years of sales management experience in heavy machinery or construction equipment. Experience in B2B sales and managing dealer/distributor networks. Strong knowledge of earth‑moving machinery, loaders, and road construction equipment. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Fluency in Spanish and English required. Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Knowledge of credit policies, financing models, and equipment leasing. Experience in mining or construction industry sectors. Benefits Base salary plus performance‑based commission structure. Allowance package for expatriate candidates.
