The company leverages its own leading brand portfolio including Robinsons, Tango, Drench, J2O and Fruit Shoot as well as PepsiCo brands such as Pepsi, 7UP and Mountain DewBritvic Teisseire International. is an Internationally focused company and is selling its brands through a direct business model in Benelux and France, its also responsible for the export to over 50 countries around the world..The role of Sales manager Benelux, reporting to the Head of Retail sales Europe, offers a unique opportunity to broaden the footprint of our strategic brands with our key customers and distribution partners across wholesale, retail and pure play channels.In this role you will be responsible for growing our strategic brands with retail customers and key accounts in both Belgium and The Netherlands. You, together with your team, will further develop and activate existing customers as well as help to unlock new (pan) European distributors and customers. You will be partnering with some of the biggest European retail customers to drive distribution, activation and profitable growth.This role is Field Based but 20% of travelling across Benelux is required to connect with your key commercial partners.**Key Responsibilities**:- Grow our Strategic business in Benelux through our direct model- Build best-in-class activation plans with our key retailers and customers- Fuel growth by activating our brands in Pure Play environment in The Benelux- Develop and execute the Benelux customer, brand and activation strategy- Responsible for in-outlet activation and promotional activation of our brands- Showcase best-in-class account management, strengthening our connection with customers- Negotiate and manage significant investment monies and annual contracts- Work closely together with your (international) sales and marketing colleagues**Education & Experience Required**:- Degree Level- Team player with excellent account management skills- A strong command of P&L and previous exposure to joint business planning essential- Proven track record in Retail Belgium and complex negotiations- Strong negotiation skills essential- Understands soft drink industry, key players, important customers- Exposure to communicating at senior level desirable- Language skills - French & English Essential with Dutch a bonus
